Marketing Assistant (Initial 6-month contract)

Working alongside a Social Media and Creative team member to enhance our visibility and brand presence across our 3 / 4 websites and associated Social Media platforms.

Tasks:
• Support the development of all websites (WordPress) with content, images etc alongside our Digital Agency & our inhouse Digital Marketeer
• Help write content for the websites / social media content with support and guidance.
• Support email marketing campaigns.
• Help with SEO by working with the Digital Marketeer with Google Analytics and Google Ad words and help with reporting.
• Help provide accurate reports and analysis to company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
• Support the Client Relationship manager with a variety of tasks, like contacting with our existing clients to improve our service.
• Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
• Assist with paid media across Social Media and Google Ad Words
• Complete research for marketing and other departments if required

Person Specification and skills

• You will have a passion for business, ideas and all things digital marketing.
• Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and flexibly.
• The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills – desirable
• Excellent IT skills; professional demeanour.
• Demonstrates the company behaviours: Willingness, encouraging, creativity, respectful, excellence, active, team focussed and enabling.

Qualifications or experience

GSCE Maths and English – or equivalent
Digital Marketing qualification would be desirable
Experience in the following would be desirable
• Advertising, media and communications.
• Creative design.
• Google Analytics and Facebook Insights for web analytics reporting.
• Adobe Creative Suite for online banner design.
• Google AdWords for pay-per-click campaigns.
• MailChimp/Survey Monkey for email marketing.

Sales Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales expert to join our private sales team.

Basic Salary £18,000 plus bonus – we also have a very exciting project you could help with if you have experience of selling advertising space?

  • You will need to be fast and efficient with accurate attention to detail.
  • You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Sales environment and be quick to assimilate new information.
  • You will be confident and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude, looking forward to and embracing change. You will be comfortable working towards targets and working as part of a team, supporting and encouraging each other.
  • You will be confident in using Microsoft Office and adaptable when presented with new projects. Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging and professional Business Development Executive with a creative flare, to work along side our Business Development Manager, based at our head office in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will work to expand opportunities for partnership working, referrals and new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Understanding and working within our agreed company culture.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to use web authoring packages or willingness to learn.

Key tasks of the role include:

  • Research concerning existing and potential new partners.
  • Make contact with potential clients and discuss referral partnerships or pass relevant details to Business Development Manager.
  • Research and identify potential new leads to referral avenues / partners.
  • Research and Identify relevant contacts and make contact regarding advertising strategy for identified target groups.
  • Sell relevant advertising space and or / affiliate payments.
  • Liaise with the Client Relationship and Marketing Manager to co-ordinate the whole process of on-boarding new business.
