Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work alongside our Sales and Marketing and Business Development teams. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms.

Key aims of the role are to:

  • Significantly improve our websites’ organic performance/rankings on the search engines
  • Increase enquiries through the website
  • Identify the most effective keywords for driving enquiries
  • Analyse and monitor the online competition
  • Optimise the paid search campaigns
  • Create a monthly search marketing strategy and reports, particularly focused on SEO and website analytics
  • Take the lead on our online presence and strengthen our brand through social media

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s websites and social media campaigns

Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns

Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment

Design website banners and assist with web visuals

Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications

Carry out market research

Develop and integrate content marketing strategies

Keep up to date with current digital trends

Qualifications and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and flexibly, prioritising across multiple projects

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

Networking and analytical sills

Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of social media platforms

Good standard of English and Maths

A digital marketing qualification and/or experience in the following is preferred:

Creative design

Marketing

Google Analytics and Facebook Insights for web analytic reporting

Google AdWords for pay-per-click campaigns

MailChimp/ Survey Monkey for email marketing

Salary: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00  depending on experience

We’re looking for Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS preferred,  in some circumstances we can accept Assoc. RICS) who will carry out mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys for lenders and private customers. Your background may not be residential surveying (e.g. building surveyor, loss adjuster etc.) but we’re willing to provide full training and support to the right candidate. We are also able to consider flexible working options including part time hours. Salary is dependent on location and experience.
