Qualified surveyors, digital marketeers, sales managers and accounting experts are all welcome, regardless of whether you are looking for a local position in the Wiltshire area, or would like to work from your home postcode anywhere across the UK.
Although we have been operating for over 10 years and employ more than 50 surveyors nationally, we pride ourselves on having maintained a warm and supportive company culture. This means that we expect you to work hard, but also that you can rely on us to be proactive and dynamic in rewarding your achievements.
As part of this mission, we have developed a comprehensive and inclusive induction programme that aims to ease new starters into the firm. Whether you are joining our team in the office or out in the field as a surveyor, this thorough and instructive course ensures that every employee is formally introduced to the rest of the team, as well as provided the relevant training and instruction.
Throughout the course of this three-part induction, you will be mentored by the head of surveyor management – who calls all new starters once per day during this initial period. And, with three specialist surveyor training managers and four members of our technical and mentoring team assisting any newcomers, you will never be lacking support.
What’s more, once this induction process is complete, we also offer the opportunity for our surveying staff to utilize their skills across a wide variety of sectors. For example, depending on your experience, we can offer our residential experts the chance to conduct surveys on a wide range of commercial premises.
